I watched “The Flatmates” and in this time i choose the episode 169 “The wish list”, it is create of wish list about “what do you want change in the apartment” or redecorating  the flat and the flatmates discussed about that, during around 1 minute. I think is a good tool for improve our listening because these videos have subtitles in english, this help for understand who say each animated personage more quickly and for know which is the correct pronunciation for each word or phrase.

Then I try with the “Wordmaster”, this is a game for improve the vocabulary and you can choose the level (easy, medium, difficult); you should fill the gap with the correct word in each phrase in a determined time. After of guess the correct answer you can listen the phrase and read the definition of the word (meanwhile you play you can select the definition but your time is shortened), is very complete this game for learn English and is easy of play.

In my opinion this is a good website for learn English because have many and different tools for learning, the best of this website is that have a British English and is free.

No Doubt is back!

I think it is impossible for me choose the song that I like more because I have many favorite songs in English.

I don't like labels, i don't have a particular style of music, I listen actually different styles, all depends on the day, the moment, the context or how I feel, etc.

How i have choose a song of this moment, something like more new I’m going talk about of "Settle Down", is a song by American rock band No Doubt . It is the first single from their upcoming sixth studio album Push and Shove.

The song is a combination of many styles, such as reggae, ska, dancehall, Latin and Caribbean-tinged beats, merging with American pop and rock music.

I listen it for the first time three months ago, I've been heard this band since age 7. It's been almost eleven years since No Doubt's last single, for this reason is so relevant this song, I like the song because the essence of the band has not changed despite the years that have passed.

First day at the U

I will talk about of my second day in the university, because the first day i had a theoretical class (was math) therefore wasn't exciting and i remember that spoke with a classmate of my workshop but that isn't important because she left of the career 2 years ago, but she was the first person who i spoke in class (I spoke before with other people in the “Bienvenida Mechona” obviously).

Well, my second day was for me the real first day. I went upstairs of the design building called "Titanic" with a strange feeling because I wasn't new in an institution for 14 years ago (i studied at the same school all the life). When i entered to the classroom i saw my classmates, a workshop's teacher, a helper, monitors and a professor infiltrated, this teacher was of another subject, he had about 80 years and looked like Santa Claus. He was crazy, because he said screaming what we must do and wanted that all classmates will fill the FAU of statues about themselves, made in sticky tape and newspapers. 

After all it was a good experience; I could know very nice classmates meanwhile we did the strange statues.

Best of the week was that we didn't have mechoneo, because design career is one of the few careers that do not.
